Sam said: "I really enjoyed the awards event. I have just completed my Level 2 apprenticeship in Horticulture and I’ve been fortunate to gain a permanent contract with Upturn and to start my advanced apprenticeship too. Ian Simpson, Head of Access to Work, who leads our partnership with Blackburn College, added: "The award is for the dedication of the apprentices who have embraced the opportunity to study and develop their careers at Guinness. I am delighted we have won and the fact that Sam was able to attend the awards on our behalf is really special."
