Property and maintenance
Property and maintenance Building, maintaining and repairing homes. That's what our property and maintenance teams do.
Our property and maintenance teams purchase, build, maintain and repair our properties, so we can offer a range of affordable, high-quality homes to our customers.
Building services
Our development team is responsible for developing new housing projects, whether that is purchasing land to support a new build, managing the regeneration of an existing property or ensuring our homes are sustainable and efficient.
Once the development is complete, our asset management and property services teams maintain and repair our properties to ensure that our customers are living in safe and efficient homes. The asset management team manage our external supplier relationships to ensure great service for our customers. They also help us to maximise the value of our properties, so that we can reinvest in more high-quality homes for our customers.
Lettings, sales and marketing
When the properties are available to rent our lettings team in customer services find tenants; our sales and marketing team find buyers when our properties are ready to be sold. These teams support Guinness as we meet the different housing needs of our customers.
Property repair services
Our property repair services team is reliable, customer-focused and highly responsive. Operating across England, Guinness Property provides rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance and improvement services. Supported by the great trade and customer service training provided, the team ensures that our homes are safe and maintained to the very highest of standards.
How we build and manage our homes
